A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of credit card guarantee. $25 service on all cancelled reservations. Deposits are refundable if reservations are cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. All rates are quoted in U.S. funds. No smoking.

Smugglers' Notch 2 bedroom Cottage Rental - 2 night minimum
The 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 1826 Barn was lovingly converted in 2006 from a post and beam barn to a luxurious, energy efficient guest cottage by local craftsmen at Specialty Designs. Stay and enjoy a gas fireplace, a cozy Rennai heater in the bathroom, full size laundry with drier and a private hot tub. Other conveniences include WiFi, Direct TV, DVD and local phone service. Bedding is: 1 Queen, 1 twin with twin trundle, 1 pull out Queen Sleeper sofa. Guests also have use of the 8 acres of hillside and woods outback. The 1826 Barn is attached to the Main House by private entrance and separated by the 3 Season Porch.

This wonderful Vermont farmhouse has been restored for modern comfort and convenience. With 2,000 square feet of room, your family will have a peaceful vacation. Rooms include a large living room with 42" plasma and leather sofas with a gas fireplace, large dining room for 10, reading room with queen sized pull out sofa, kids playroom with queen sized air mattress. Bedrooms include: 1 master with queen, 1 queen, 2 twins connected to kids playroom. The Main House also has its own private hot tub, a very large, well stocked kitchen, and the 3 Season porch is attached to the Main House. The Main House sleeps 6 adults and 4-6 children. Also includes: Full sized laundry, WiFi, Direct TV, DVD and games/puzzles.
